Burchard & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1990. Our accounting recruiting firm has a network that is second to none and that can only be gained through decades of longevity. We have seen the ups and downs in this highly competitive job market and know how to navigate through it.
Emily Wieman is an Executive Recruiter for Burchard & Associates, Inc. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois-Champaign, she began her career in Advertising and Marketing. She was later recruited to be the Director of Campus Recruitment for a large St. Louis financial firm. Emily joined the Burchard & Associates team in 2007. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and their many sports activities.

Ronda Burchard is the General Manager of Burchard & Associates, Inc. Ronda graduated from Murray State University with a BS in Accounting in 1987. She started her career in public accounting and transitioned to Controller for a privately-held company in St. Louis. In 1995 she blended her accounting and interpersonal skills in the financial recruiting business with Burchard & Associates, Inc. In her spare time she loves the outdoors, hiking and physical fitness, and many walks with Lucy.

Steve Burchard is the President of Burchard & Associates. Steve received a degree from University of Missouri-Columbia in 1976 with a BS in Accounting and began his career in public accounting. After leaving public accounting, Steve put his strong people skills and extroverted personality to work in a large St. Louis accounting and financial recruiting firm. He rose through the ranks and became General Manager until 1990 when he formed Burchard & Associates, Inc. Steve is an avid Cardinals baseball fan, golfer and frequent dog walker.

Lucy Burchard became a valued team member in January 2015. She provides many smiles and entertainment on her frequent office visits. Lucy loves meeting new people and looks forward to greeting you at the door.
